Area state police responded to the following incidents:

Troopers Searching for Missing Firearm

According to a report released on Monday, April 22, an individual misplaced a firearm near Old Erie Pike in Boggs Township, Clearfield County, around 11:53 a.m. on March 29.

Police say the firearm is a black Taurus .357 Magnum Revolver, valued at $350.00.

The firearm was entered in NCIC, police say.

Physical Altercation Along Route 36

Troopers investigated a physical altercation between two known individuals along State Route 36, in Eldred Township, Jefferson County, at 8:10 a.m. on Monday, April 22.

Police say both individuals declined prosecution.

The involved individuals’ names were not released.

This investigation is closed, police say.
